The Role:

High-Ticket Sales Coordinator – Working with high-income customers –  booking & occasionally closing Estimates @ $3,000-$6,000 (average). 

Location:

You can work from anywhere you want – as long our targets are accomplished, it doesn’t matter where you crush it from!

Pay:

$39,000 – $63,000 annually

Hours:

40 hrs/week

As a Programmable Lighting Technician you will be responsible for measuring & installing cut-to-fit lighting channel along residential homes, commercial buildings, pool enclosures & patio decks. You will also be responsible for splicing low-voltage power wire and wiring electrical power supplies. This position requires a lot of installations to be performed in the air, sometimes as high as 30-40ft, although the average working height on a typical job is about 8-16ft.

Location:

Our headquarters is based out of Lakeland, however our service area is about 90 minutes in any direction. We travel to Tampa and Orlando frequently for installations. We travel in company vehicles and you are paid for travel time to & from job sites.

Pay:

 Starting @ $14-16 based on experience with the opportunity to increase quickly based upon performance.

Hours:

40 – 50 hrs/week; 7am – 5 pm M-F

The Role:

As a Lighting Install Team Lead you will be responsible for leading our lighting installation projects by performing & overseeing procedures such as: measuring & installing cut-to-fit lighting channel; splicing low-voltage power wire; wiring low-voltage power supplies & running data & amp wire throughout the attic & crawl space of residential homes, commercial buildings, pool enclosures & outdoor patio spaces. You will also be responsible for keeping timely & professional communication with customers to create & maintain quality expectations & excellent service throughout the lifespan of the project.

The Role:

This Project Management role will require a hybrid environment split between the office & field. The workload balance will look like tasks such as performing project estimates & In-Home system demos; managing customer billing & receipts;  traveling from job to job to ensure our installs are maintaining a standard of quality; keeping good communication with customers to ensure satisfaction in service;  assist team leads in training install techniques; & managing inventory & renewing supplies or resources when needed; problem solve with the Team Leads; Manage Project Flow with an Install Calendar  and do whatever is necessary to ensure our Job Flow remains on schedule, our customers are referring qualified leads and our Employee Satisfaction remains excellent.

Key Goal for Success:

Sell & Fulfill $120,000 in Trimlight Projects each month while keeping Customer Satisfaction Score to a 90% or above & a Team Health Score of 90% or Above.

Location:

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

  • Able to sell high-ticket projects ranging from $5,000-20,000 on average.
  • Able to manage 4-8 projects at once all in different stages of completion. 
  • Demonstrating a high-proficiency in the working knowledge of our Trimlight systems. You should basically know how to install an entire system from start to finish so that you can properly resource our install teams in case they need assistance. 
  • Strong self-motivator – Able to plan & execute your own schedule throughout the work week.
  • Good relationship skills with customers. Able to represent company culture well. 
  • Good leadership skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members, team leads and operations manager in order to build healthy work relationships & accountability. 
  • Able to demonstrate a level of charisma when communicating with customers in order to create a positive & professional relationship with customers. 
  • Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills on a computer such as: Excel Spreadsheets, Google Calendar, Project Management Platforms, Email & Texting platforms etc. 
  • Able to use time tracking systems in order to manage & submit weekly timesheets for payroll. 
  • Leading Team Huddles to go over Wins & Losses. 
  • Lead One on Ones with Install Team Leads to coach performance maintain clear goals
